18 U.S. Code § 2257 Statement
All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually
explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in this website were over the age of eighteen years at
the time of the creation of such depictions.
All other depictions displayed on this Website are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. §2257,
2257A and/or 28 C.F.R. 75, because they do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C
section 2256 (2)(A) (i) through (iv), and/or they do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18
U.S.C. section 2257A, and/or they do not portray conduct listed in 18 U.S.C. section 2256(2)(A)(v)
produced after July 27, 2006, or and/or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were
created prior to July 3, 1995. However, all models appearing in said exempt depictions were also over
the age of 18 when photographed or videographed.
Records for all content on the website that are required to be on file by Title 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 are
held by the website’s Records Custodian at 7000 Alvord Alley Rd, Grand Ronde Oregon 97347 and can
be reviewed by authorized inspectors by sending a request to techslave@katherinedire.com
