While researching various fetishes I ran across a great website. The Kink Doctor. It’s the beginning of a web series hosted by a woman who goes by KD and a gentleman, Bastard Keith. KD is a practicing psychotherapist and an ex-dominatrix. Bastard Keith seems to identify as a sub/slave/masochist-type.
In this episode, KD interviews a professional dominatrix and they discuss concepts such as transformational domination, “good” shame and “bad” shame, coming out, among other things. It’s informative and well put together. There’s even a follow up video in which KD interviews her grandmother to get her reaction to the show!

It was so rewarding for me to hear other informed individuals discussing what for me are important topics and much of which has been on my mind. So much to think about but to list a few: transformation domination not just being a linear process. humiliation as ego deconstruction then, reconstruction. submissiveness to some (my Mistress) but not all.
