Complaint Process
To report content on this site that you feel is illegal or otherwise violates the Standards, send us a written complaint. The complaint can be sent by email, using the contact form, or postal mail. In it, clearly reference the item that is the subject of the complaint and a detailed description as to why you believe it is illegal or violates Standards. We will review and resolve the complaint within seven business days. The review will involve applying the stated law or Standard against the item. If it is determined that the item is illegal or violates Standards, at our discretion, it may be revised so that it is no longer in violation or it may be removed. You may appeal the decision by submitting a written request for a decision review. This request may be sent by email, using the contact form, or postal mail. The appeal request will follow the same process as the initial review.
